CO-FOUNDER AND OWNER
Grant Irons is a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he majored in Management Information Systems (M.I.S.); a combination of business and computers. Two-Time Captain of the Notre Dame Football Team in 2000 and 2001. He did a Leadership Program at Stanford University.
A former Professional Football Player for the Las Vegas Raiders and Buffalo Bills where he played defensive end, defensive tackle and linebacker. His teammates nicknamed him "Game Ready" because of his work ethic and approach to practices and games. His mottos: "You practice how you play" and "When you stay ready you don't have to get ready!"
A business owner of multiple companies in the Medical Field specializing in providing medical devices and solutions for many specialties such as: Cardiology, Spine, Orthopedics, Wound Care, etc...
He is primarily focused on improving the overall patient and caregiver experience while reducing costs and generating new revenue streams. Simultaneously, helping health systems, clinics and surgery centers around the country.

Jarrett Irons is a seasoned sales executive, entrepreneur, co-founder, business collaborator, and board advisor, boasting 25 years of expertise in establishing strategic business synergies and cultivating value and growth opportunities across diverse sectors.
During the initial phases of his career, Irons forged connections within the competitive realms of business and talent management, directing portfolios for top-tier sports personalities and Fortune 500 enterprises. Seeking to merge his seasoned business development skills with his passion and background in athletics, he transitioned into the medical device sales sector.
There, he established a successful team, overseeing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of orthopaedic device sales business. Presently, Irons and his team persist in expanding and pioneering innovative sales initiatives within the health and medical device sales sector. Irons is also co-founder and proprietor of Omada Ventures, a firm specializing in strategic sales network solutions, with a focus on identifying and harnessing synergies between businesses. By carefully pinpointing these synergies, Irons and his partners aid companies and systems in reaching their scalability goals, fostering expansion within diverse sectors such as health and wellness, athletics, sustainability, manufacturing, construction, and human services.
Esteemed in both his professional and personal circles, Irons holds advisory board positions for several revered organizations. These include Hall of Fame Health, which aids former NFL players in accessing healthcare resources, The University of Michigan Concussion Center’s Advisory Board, which influences clinical populations, research interests, and outreach strategies, and Hail! Impact, a leading non-profit program accelerating Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) initiatives at the University of Michigan. Additionally, Irons contributes to the boards of "For Those Who Stayed," a nonprofit supporting former Michigan athletes, and G.E.A.R. (Giving Every Athlete Resources), which furnishes resources to athletic programs in Detroit. Furthermore, Irons devoted a decade of board service to The University of Michigan School of Kinesiology.
He is an energetic and inspiring public speaker, recognized for his discussions on life after sports and his charitable work within local communities. Irons frequently appears on Distinctly Detroit, a podcast delving into the experiences of University of Michigan community members residing and working in Detroit. Moreover, he is a recurring guest on Michigan Insider and The M Zone podcasts, where he engages in conversations covering a range of topics pertaining to college and professional athletics. Additionally, Irons has contributed articles to the Detroit News and several University of Michigan publications.
